How to place an order

To place an order from MillionTime.com:

    1. Place an item(s) in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Order" button.
    2. Complete the checkout process by providing billing and shipping information.
    3. Submit a valid credit card.

It's very simple. All you need to do is browse our online shopping for the item(s) of your choice. Our stock is divided into the following categories: Car Audio, Audio, Video/TV, Communications, Home electronics, and Accessories. You can further search for electronics by brand, style, and price. As you shop and find item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button.

This will ask you to either "Check Out" or "Keep Shopping" after you have made your selection. Click on "Check Out," and that product has been added to your order. You can view and edit your current cart selection at any time by selecting the "SHOPPING CART" button from the menu on the TOP.

Once you have finished shopping, select the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout where you will be required to confirm your details as they are listed and fill in your credit card number. Once this has been completed, please press the "Yes: Place Order" button to send in your order.

You can place your order 24 hours a day. We usually ship on the same day for the orders received before 5 PM Eastern Time daily M-F. Once you place an order, an automatic e-mail will be sent to confirm the order. When the shipping tracking number is issued, we will e-mail you with the tracking number.

    Warranty

    We want you to feel as comfortable as possible on your purchase. MillionTime.Com (A MillionBuy.Com Company) will honor all manufacturers' warranties on all of our products. Most items come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of three months to one year from the date of your purchase, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product with the same product.

    Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

    Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.

    To arrange to have goods repaired under warranty you need to contact the manufacturer's warranty department with the product number and serial number. You will need to give a product description and outline the problem.

    We recommend that products returned by mail be sent via UPS with insurance or other insured postal services. MillionTime.Com (A MillionBuy.Com Company) accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.


    RA (Return Authorization) Numbers:


    1)All returns and exchanges require an RA number issued by MillionTime.Com (A MillionBuy.Com Company).* To request an RA number, please fill out our Return Form.
    2) All RA numbers must be requested by the end of 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
    3) Returns must be received at Million
    Time.Com (A MillionBuy.Com Company) within 30 days from RA issue date.
    *A 15% processing fee will be charged for returns received without an RA number


    Returns and exchanges that are UNOPENED:

    We will refund or exchange any unopened item in its original condition. (Minus the shipping cost)

    1) Returns that are opened must be in "like new" condition. *

    Tax

    MillionTime.Com (A MillionBuy.Com Company) does not charge sales tax except for California shipping addresses. However, CA residents may enjoy a lower shipping cost due to shorter distances. UPS Ground usually delivers to Southern California addresses within the next day or so from the shipping date. The current tax rate for CA residents is 8.0%.

    We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are unable to accept cash, checks, or gift certificate.

    Shipping

    We use UPS and the United States Postal Service to deliver our products. From our Los Angeles Distribution Center, UPS Ground delivers to major Southern California addresses within 1 day, and within 2-3 days to all other domestic locations (use our Time-In-Transit Map to estimate the delivery time for UPS Ground). You can also specify 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select to meet your delivery requirements. Upon shipment by UPS, you will be emailed a tracking number that can be used to track your shipments on our website.

    Shipping options and prices are quoted on the second checkout screen, and can be viewed prior to entering your credit card number.
